Welcome Message from ANMA 2023 Chairman





Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to announce that the ANMA & TNMS Joint Meeting 2023 (The 7^th Biennial Congress of the Asian Neurogastroenterology and Motility Association in conjunction with the 7^th Annual Meeting of Taiwan Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society) will be held on November 10-12, 2023 in Taipei, Taiwan.

The ANMA was founded in 2008 to pursue a standardized of care for patients suffering from functional gastrointestinal disorders in Asia. The ANMA & TNMS Joint Meeting will serve as a platform for experts in this field to exchange their experiences. During the 3-day meeting, we will have Educational Programs, Satellite Symposiums, Oral presentations, Poster sessions and Exhibitions. As we gradually recover from the pandemic of COVID-19 in the last 3 years, the coming Meeting is due to go ahead as a full face to face conference. For the first time after COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to bring together all experts involved in functional gastrointestinal diseases (or disorders of brain-gut interaction) from Asia and the world to come to Taiwan to share their experiences in cutting-edge research as well as to exchange new ideas in person.

Taipei is a charming city in the northern part of Taiwan and features world-class attractions such as Taipei 101 and the Taipei National Palace Museum. Taiwan is the food capital of Asia and there is a never-ending supply of delicious and interesting foods to try. There is always something interesting for anyone; you will never be disappointed by visiting Taiwan. It is our pleasure to have your attendance, and we wish you an enjoyable stay in Taipei.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

In 2023, the Taiwan Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society (TNMS) will host the biennial meeting of Asia Neuogastroenterology and Motility Association in Taiwan and we sincerely welcome all colleagues from Asia and the world to participate in this exciting event. The Taiwan Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society

(TNMS) was officially founded in 2016. Our mission is to enhance the quality of patient care, to train young fellows, to promote high-quality researches in digestive motility and functional gastrointestinal diseases, and to nurture friendships through regular convention and education programs. As a professional academic society, TNMS aims to promote scientific investigations through careful peer-review processes, knowledge exchanges, and a dedication to professional distinction. TNMS also wish to serve as a platform for facilitating communication and collaboration with National Health Insurance Administration of Taiwan, international experts and other academic societies.

TNMS believes that ANMA 2023 will bring you the most comprehensive knowledge in the field of Neurogastroenterology.
