Regulation

• Submit an abstract and be the presenting author or corresponding author of the abstract.
• Complete the online registration and pay the registration fee in advance.
• Abstract should be original and unpublished works.
• Those who would like to apply for the award should submit the abstract before June 30, 2023  August 31, 2023. Award application will not be accepted afterward.

Oral Presentation Award

• The Oral Presentation Award will select 6 winners from submitted abstract, the winners of the presenting author will receive US$300.

Poster Award

• The Poster Award will select 5 winners from submitted abstract, the winners of the presenting author will receive US$200.
• Please be reminded that only age below 45 years old could apply for the Poster Award.

Travel Award 

• Indicate the application by clicking “Yes” for Travel Award Application while submitting online.
• All applicants need to upload their passport at online system in order to apply for this award.
